In the early days following DAO formation, the core team will guide the organization and make operational decisions for the DAO. This prevents hostile actors from seizing control of the community and stealing resources away from animals in need.

However, once DAO governance is sufficiently decentralized, committees made up of elected DAO members will assist the core team in critical operational tasks, such as marketing, partner outreach, portfolio management, and so on.
